When you join the pilot waitlist we collect the email address you provide and, if you choose, your company name and ZIP code, along with the date of submission. If you complete our customer onboarding form we also collect your business profile: company and contact name, email, phone, business address and ZIP, service radius, services offered, facility types, certifications, registration/bonding/insurance information, contract-size and keyword preferences, and your consent timestamp. We use your ZIP code to estimate distance to opportunities using a public ZIP-code centroid dataset.
We use this information only to match you to public contract opportunities, send the digests and reminders you asked for, and to contact you about the ContractSignal pilot and service, and to understand which areas of New Jersey to prioritize.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not share it with third parties except service providers that host our website and data (such as Cloudflare), solely to operate the service.
We keep waitlist information until you ask us to remove it or we no longer need it for the pilot. To access or delete your information, contact us at the address below.
